Most of the attractions in Le Touquet are clustered together within walking distance which makes it easy to see everything that this popular destination has to offer. For over 100 years visitors have been flocking to this northern coastal resort to enjoy the delightful beaches, stunning architecture and unforgettable sights. A popular haunt for the rich and famous during the roaring twenties, many of the buildings reflect an era that has long since passed but through careful preservation and the dedication of the locals, the town maintains both the architecture and the atmosphere that has made Le Touquet such a charming and elegant place.

Don?t? miss out the attractions of Jeanne d'Arc Church or the Swiss Village while you are in Le Touquet, both providing exquisite architectural designs, though it seems that the town hall and adjacent belfry are the pride of the town. You can ensure you see everything by joining one of the guided excursions, or you can stroll through the streets at your own leisure to discover the hidden gems, either way you are sure to not be disappointed.

Le Touquet also offers other visitor attractions such as the museums. There is the Musee du Touquet, that takes you on a journey of the history of the town through paintings by local artists. Or there is the Mareis Museum, a seafishing discovery museum that introduces you to the maritime world and fishing industry, where you will also experience a huge aquarium.

There are many activity and sporting tourist attractions that are popular in Le Touquet. Surrounded by pine forests it is renowned for its golf course, there is also a racing course if you are lucky enough to visit when there is one of the regular meetings. Plus there is the magnificent waterpark, Aqualud, with slides and waves that will entertain you all day.

The beach itself is a huge attraction in Le Touquet, you can stroll through the dunes, or ride the tourist train along the promenade. You can try your hand at Sand yachting or take to waters in a sailboat. Whatever you do you are sure to find the soft sandy beaches enchanting and as dusk draws you can watch the sun set across the water.
